§ 1. General Provisions
- These Terms of Service govern your use of the LifeCraft website and its services. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy.
- The service provider is LifeCraft Solutions Inc., located at 1325 Robie Street, Halifax, NS B3H 3J5, Canada. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the company.

- User – Any natural person who creates an Account and uses the Services provided on the Platform for non-commercial purposes.

- Services – All educational materials, including courses, videos, tools, and community features provided by the Platform.
- Regulations – This document, the Terms of Service, which defines the rules for using the Platform.
§ 3. Type and Scope of Services Provided
- The Platform provides paid and free access to online courses and educational materials. The scope of access depends on the User's subscription plan and includes a limited, non-exclusive license to view content.
- Services are for personal, educational, and non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, broadcast, rent, or modify any course content unless explicitly permitted in writing by us.
- We strive to ensure the availability of our Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice.
- The content provided is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. We are not liable for any decisions made based on the information presented in the courses.
§ 4. Technical Requirements
- To use the Platform, a User must have a device with internet access and a modern, up-to-date web browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari) with cookies and JavaScript enabled.
- Some content may require additional software, such as a PDF reader. The User is responsible for obtaining such software at their own expense.
- The quality of streaming video may vary depending on the User's internet connection. We are not responsible for user-side connection issues.
§ 5. Rights and Obligations of the User
- The User is obligated to provide accurate and current information during registration and to keep their account password confidential. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- The User agrees not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the Platform. This includes uploading malicious content or infringing on intellectual property rights.

- These Regulations shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
- Any disputes arising from these Regulations will be resolved in the competent courts of Halifax, Nova Scotia.
- If any provision of these Regulations is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be in full force and effect.
